Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a spotless environment.
- Strip and make beds, replacing linens and amenities to meet brand standards.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners throughout the assigned floor or suite.
- Restock toiletries, paper products, and cleaning supplies as needed.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or damages and report them immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff by following safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Basic physical stamina to lift furniture, carry cleaning supplies, and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
