We are currently seeking a dedicated Night Shift Housekeeper to join the Grand Plaza Hotel team in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will ensure our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. We are looking for reliable individuals who can work independently and efficiently during the night shift to prepare rooms and common areas for the next day.
Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas to meet our strict luxury standards.
- Bed Making: Make beds with precision, change linens, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked.
- Restocking: Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, soap, and coffee to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Front Desk immediately.
- Security & Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a secure and hazard-free environment throughout the hotel.
- Inventory Management: Keep housekeeping carts organized and report on supply levels as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 30 lbs).
- Attention to Detail: A strong commitment to cleanliness and a high standard of workmanship.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, trustworthy, and able to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Communication: Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
