As a Night Shift Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the pristine condition of our property, ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and spotless environment during their stay.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to strict health and safety standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are replenished.
- Empty trash bins and replace trash liners throughout the hotel.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding guest information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the night shift.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
