Responsibilities

- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficient problem-solving.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property is pristine.
- Process payments and manage reservations accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
