Responsibilities
Manage all front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and wake-up calls.Supervise overnight housekeeping and security staff to ensure facility standards are maintained.Resolve guest complaints and issues efficiently while adhering to company policies.Perform opening and closing procedures for the hotel, including cash handling and system security.Monitor inventory levels of amenities and report shortages to management.Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and emergency protocols.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service degree preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in shift work or hotel operations.Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently during overnight hours.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds).
