As the Night Shift Supervisor, you will oversee the operations of the hotel during the evening hours, ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and luxurious stay from dusk until dawn. You will be the face of our brand during the night, managing the front desk, conducting the night audit, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and service are maintained.

Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and concierge services during the night shift.
- Conduct the night audit process, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
- Monitor the security of the premises, including fire safety and emergency response procedures.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the day shift management team to ensure a smooth transition of operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations, front desk, or hospitality management.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role is preferred.
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule.
