Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Make beds to exact standards and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) to guest specifications.
- Change linens and towels according to hotel standards and safety protocols.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and storage areas.
- Ensure a welcoming and pristine environment for all guests.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
