Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local expertise
- Process payments, manage reservations, and optimize room assignments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Upsell premium amenities (spa packages, restaurant reservations)
- Maintain accurate guest records and incident documentation
- Execute check-in/out procedures within 3-minute average time
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience required
- Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages valued)
- Proficiency with Opera/PMS systems and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Florida driver's license (for valet parking duties)
- Ability to work nights/weekends/holidays with flexible availability
- Professional appearance and polished communication style
- Knowledge of Miami attractions and transportation networks
