Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and warmth
- Manage reservations via Opera/PMS systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and service requests promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute upselling opportunities for room upgrades/dining
- Maintain lobby area presentation standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months hotel/front desk experience preferred
- Proficiency with reservation software (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Valid NC driver's license (if valet duties required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
