- Handle guest inquiries with warmth and professionalism
- Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphroom premium standards for cleanliness and safety protocols
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in reservation systems (Opera/Sabre)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities
