Responsibilities
- Greet and register guests with warm professionalism using our state-of-the-art PMS system
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide local recommendations
- Process payments, manage cash operations, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Execute check-in/check-out procedures while maintaining high service standards
- Monitor room availability and optimize revenue through upselling techniques
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety protocols at the front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds, etc.)
- Ability to multitask effectively during peak check-in/out periods
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and payment processing
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
- Valid Kansas driver's license (if required for local errands)
