As the first point of contact, you'll embody our commitment to excellence while managing check-in/out processes, handling guest inquiries, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams. Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out procedures using PMS systems
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints with exceptional service
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
- Conduct safety inspections and emergency response protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in luxury/hospitality
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, Cloudbeds) and MS Office
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Georgia driver's license (if required for errands)
- Basic knowledge of Atlanta attractions and transportation
