Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, handling payments and key cards with precision.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, responding to inquiries about amenities, local attractions, and reservations.
- Assist with baggage handling and provide directions to guests visiting the city.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using hotel PMS software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy front office environment.
