Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Answer incoming calls and manage emails with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process payments and handle guest requests, including restaurant reservations and local recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest registrations and transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (PMS).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
