Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk, guest services, or hospitality role is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
