Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a first impression of excellence.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Assist with luggage storage and provide directions or recommendations for dining and entertainment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the front desk area and lobby spaces.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Resolve guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the lobby area for extended periods.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
