Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Reception Duties: Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phone systems, responding to emails, and managing the lobby area.
- Information Desk: Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, hotel amenities, and directions to prospective guests.
- Reservations & Check-ins: Process reservations using the Property Management System (PMS) and handle cash, credit card, and check transactions accurately.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Administrative Support: Assist with mail distribution, package handling, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience is required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, welcoming tone.
- Attitude: A positive, proactive attitude with a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
