Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, managing reservations and room assignments accurately.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely, courteous manner.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and restaurant reservations.
- Process payments accurately and maintain the front desk area in pristine condition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with standard computer systems and reservation software.
- Must present a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
