Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive and lasting first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails with a professional and courteous tone.
- Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining options, and hotel services.
- Process payments and handle any guest inquiries or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Assist with concierge services and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Must possess a valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
