Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all data is accurately entered into the Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and reservations with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Perform nightly audits, including balancing cash drawers and reviewing occupancy rates.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby area for all visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations is a plus.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
