Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and residents upon arrival at the front desk.
- Manage Communications: Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries efficiently.
- Handle Check-In/Out: Process guest registrations, verify information, and issue key cards or access passes.
- Mail and Package Management: Sort, distribute, and receive mail and packages for residents and guests.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain a tidy reception area, manage the lobby, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Customer Assistance: Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and general inquiries.
