Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate department or take detailed messages.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, directions, and restaurant recommendations.
- Manage the front desk area to ensure it remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with high accuracy.
- Handle minor guest requests and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new procedures and technologies.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
