Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet residents and guests warmly upon arrival, providing a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently manage the registration process, including verifying information, collecting rent, and issuing key cards.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or providing accurate information.
- Administrative Support: Process packages, manage mail distribution, and maintain accurate visitor logs.
- Facility Oversight: Monitor the lobby and common areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal at all times.
- Issue Resolution: Address resident concerns and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in customer service is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Technology: Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Buildium, AppFolio) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professionalism: High standards of personal appearance and grooming.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and evenings as required.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently under pressure.
