Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Services: Handle inquiries, check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with precision and efficiency.
- Communication: Manage incoming calls and emails, directing messages to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Admin Support: Maintain accurate guest records and process payments using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Reception Management: Maintain the lobby area to ensure a pristine and inviting atmosphere.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Technology: Proficiency with computers and standard office software (experience with PMS like Opera or Micros is a plus).
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Appearance: A neat, professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
