Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while managing a high volume of inquiries with poise.
- Monitor the front desk area to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for all visitors and employees.
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and distributing mail/packages.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby, including reception desk and waiting areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A professional appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
