Responsibilities

  • Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests entering the lobby and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
  • Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and poise, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction through problem-solving.
  • Operations Support: Answer incoming calls, manage the front desk console, and assist with mail delivery and package handling.
  • Security & Safety: Monitor lobby areas, assist with key card access, and ensure the security of the property and guests.

  • Shift Handover: Communicate important guest information and daily tasks to incoming shifts to ensure continuity of service.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk reception, or customer service is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in a second language is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch) is highly desirable.
