Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist with concierge requests, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Monitor the front desk area to ensure security and safety protocols are upheld.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process night audit duties when assigned.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations preferred.
- Must be available to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a polished, professional appearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel reservation software is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
