Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests and residents in a warm, professional, and timely manner.
- Operations Management: Manage the front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and key management.
- Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, screen inquiries, and take accurate messages.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage package deliveries, and perform general filing.
- Security: Monitor building access control procedures and assist in maintaining a secure facility.
- Inquiry Resolution: Address resident and guest inquiries promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive demeanor.
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software.
