Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy in all data entry.
- Provide exceptional concierge services, including local recommendations and restaurant reservations.
- Maintain the pristine condition of the front desk area and lobby spaces.
- Assist in coordinating weekend events, banquets, and guest services with the events team.
- Handle inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Manage cash handling and credit card transactions with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet our luxury standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk) is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
