What You'll Do:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and speed.
- Handle mail, packages, and deliveries for guests in a timely manner.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for all visitors.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing, to keep our operations running smoothly.
- Provide local recommendations and information to enhance the guest experience.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and basic office software.
- The ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- A professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
