As a key member of our guest services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional check-in and check-out services, managing reservations, and serving as the primary point of contact for our valued guests. Responsibilities
- Provide seamless check-in and check-out services for guests, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding services, amenities, and local recommendations.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the lobby and front desk area.
- Process payments, handle cash, and balance daily transactions accurately.
- Assist guests with special requests, including room upgrades and reservation modifications.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival.
- Uphold the company's brand image and operational standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects when necessary.
