Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Process payments accurately and handle guest complaints or requests with a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, lobby, and public spaces.
- Assist with baggage handling and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk reception is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
