Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Manage phone inquiries and email correspondence in a timely manner.
- Assist with processing payments and balancing the daily register.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or Concierge is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
