Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes and room assignments
- Address guest inquiries with professionalism and local knowledge
- Process payments and operate hotel management systems accurately
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests promptly
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and solution-oriented mindset
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 6+ months customer service experience in hotel or retail setting
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if required for local errands)
