Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests with efficiency and warm hospitality
- Manage reservations and room assignments using Opera PMS
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute upselling for premium rooms and hotel amenities
- Maintain security procedures for guest keys and sensitive data
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Valid Washington DC Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Fluency in English; Spanish a plus
