Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional check-in/check-out experiences with warm, personalized service
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Manage room reservations and rate adjustments using Opera property management system
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Assist with VIP guest preparations and special event coordination
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Valid Massachusetts hospitality certification (if applicable)
- Positive attitude and passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
