Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues with exceptional diplomacy
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate transaction records
- Coordinate with concierge, housekeeping, and F&B teams for seamless guest services
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail in all interactions
- Assist with VIP guest arrivals and special event support
- Maintain confidentiality of guest data and proprietary hotel information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in hospitality or luxury retail
- Proficiency with hotel PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Professional appearance and polished interpersonal demeanor
