Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservation inquiries and optimize room assignments using Opera PMS
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining service excellence standards
- Collaborate with housekeeping and F&B teams for seamless guest operations
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Maintain lobby ambiance and ensure public areas reflect luxury standards
- Participate in daily briefings and implement departmental initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in hotel/travel industry
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication skills in English; bilingual a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and polished interpersonal demeanor
- Basic knowledge of Seattle tourism attractions
