Responsibilities
- Provide warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences for hotel guests
- Manage reservations and room assignments using Opera property management system
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
- Upsell hotel amenities and dining experiences to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and reservation software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Washington State food handler's certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
