Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer multi-line phones, manage incoming calls, and route messages promptly.
- Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Assist with concierge requests, including restaurant reservations and transportation arrangements.
- Process payments and handle cash handling with strict accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
