Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, checking them in efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, responding to inquiries with a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Handle guest requests, including room service, wake-up calls, and information about local attractions.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues and ensure room readiness.
- Process payments accurately and reconcile daily financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, welcoming attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
