Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately using property management systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, offering local recommendations, and resolving guest concerns promptly.
- Manage the front desk area, including answering multi-line phones, managing email correspondence, and handling cash transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Uphold the highest standards of professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Assist with special events, valet parking coordination, and concierge services as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
