Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel management system.
- Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments and handle cash reconciliation at the end of shifts.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
