Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional front-desk service.
- Assist with the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests.
- Handle cash transactions and prepare daily operational reports.
- Stay informed about local Tampa attractions to provide helpful recommendations to visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Must be friendly, approachable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
