Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and anticipatory service
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using hotel software
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requests
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards across public areas
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 6+ months experience in customer service or hospitality role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing
- Valid Missouri Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
