As a Shift Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations during your shift, ensuring that our high standards of service are maintained at all times. You will be the face of our hotel, leading a team of enthusiastic professionals and ensuring our guests feel valued from the moment they arrive until they depart.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations and manage staff schedules efficiently.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Conduct morning and evening briefings to align the team with daily goals.
- Handle cash handling and point-of-sale transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management or guest services.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred.
