Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist with check-in, check-out processes, and room key distribution efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and public areas.
- Answer inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
- Handle incoming calls and emails with efficiency and courtesy.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance staff as needed to ensure property standards.
- Process payments and handle minor guest complaints with a problem-solving attitude.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale software.
