Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with check-in, check-out procedures, and room assignments efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Process payments and manage reservations using hotel management software.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the hotel industry is preferred but not required.
