Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with the highest level of professionalism and empathy.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
- Assist in coordinating room service orders and ensuring timely delivery of amenities to guest rooms.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions securely while adhering to all company financial policies.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and follow established safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; prior hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a genuine focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Las Vegas Strip location.
