Responsibilities
- Greet & Welcome: Welcome guests with a warm, professional smile and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Guest Relations: Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
- Operational Support: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and common areas.
- Communication: Relay important messages to housekeeping, maintenance, and management staff promptly.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments accurately, manage reservations, and maintain daily logs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the company's brand standards and promote a safe, welcoming environment for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Physical: Ability to stand, walk, and lift light objects for extended periods.
- Attitude: Professional, reliable, and eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
